Is Australia becoming an anxious country?

This week I read an article from BBC NEWS website. It’s about how Australia became an anxious country and how the things are going on there a week before a federal election. Australia used to be a joyfull country, but it’s not like that anymore. The most important problems that Australians have to faced in the last few years were: the loss of economic swagger, the big increase costs of living, higher freqeuncy of natural distasters and the consequences of global warming and also pandemic. It make citizens feel very overwhelmed and exhausted, moreover the political leaders aren’t able to restore hope in them. They lost ability to come up with a vision of Australia’s future.
