Observation 2

My recent observation is about how telephones, internet, social media can distract us. I noticed this last friday. On this day I felt very overwhelmed and decided to turn off my phone for the whole afternoon. It was very productive time, I did a lot of things that I didn’t do at the school week, because i was busy. I was very proud of myself - i didn’t have a clue that i can be so productive in a short amount of time. I was thinking about how it gets so easy next day and here is my conclusion. Nothing distracted me, so I could do all these things one by one and didn’t give up. If I had been using the phone at this time, I certainly wouldn't have been able to do all of this because I wouldn't have focused. One message would make me stop my job and either not go back to it at all or come back after a long time. That’s why sometimes it's worth to turn off the phone and focus 100% on the moment.
