I read an article on the guardian about phenomenon of beans. They are very good for our body, because they have a lot of nutrients and macroelements. They can be used in the kitchen very widely. We can add them into every meal, as a vegetable, or as a source of protein. Some of them can also be addes it to a sweet meal. It’s good way to encourage a fussy eater to eat vegetables.
I like this ideas a lot. I did this second two times today - for a breakfast i ate brownie with red bean and for dinner i had a banana cream with chickpea. It was delicious. I think that beans are very good ingredients for the diet, because you can you can increase the amount of vegetables in a easy way.
