Panther on the loose in Italy

In the last two weeks the area of italian Apulia was seen a black panther on the loose. Some people seen and film it around the province of Bari. The mayor of Acquaviva delle Fonti signed an ordinance for residents to avoid local fields and the areas of the countryside where the panther was spotted. There are theories that this animal is the one, who in 2020 run away from the house of one criminal, who keep it as a pet. They never found that panther. I think that it’s a scary and weird situation, because there is a constant danger, that someone will be eaten by this animal, walking home from work or going to the supermarket. I hope they will found it soon and lock it up in zoo. I also think that it’s possible that it’s the same panther, but what it has been doing for a year?
